Bettr ("we", "our", or "the app") is a strength training log for iOS. This privacy policy explains how Bettr handles your data.

Data We Collect

Workout Data (stored locally on your device)

• Exercises, sets, reps, and weights you log
• Workout dates, notes, and templates
• Personal record history

This data is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.

Anonymous User ID (only if you enable cloud sync)

If you choose to enable Supabase cloud sync in Settings, the app creates an anonymous user ID. This ID:

• Is randomly generated and not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID
• Is used solely to associate your workout data with your sync account
• Cannot be used to identify you personally

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Name, email address, or contact information
• Location data
• Health or fitness data from Apple Health
• Photos or media
